Learn how to transform a cake into this adorable pot of sugar craft pansy flowers.

You will go home with the finished cake so make sure you have an appreciative audience to show it off to at the end of the day!

Intermediate level  (or for those who are already a little crafty)

The class will cover

• Covering your pot cake with fondant
• Dying, dusting and painting with colours
• Adapting cutters to suit your needs
• Making leaves & flowers

In this class you will be shown how to use a basic cutter to make alternative flowers rather than buying kits for each new sugar craft flower you make.

We will learn how to mix colours and dye to get the tones you want. You will use a variety of methods to dust and paint your flowers and leaves. You will then arrange the flowers to create the final look.

At the end of the class, when we have stood back and admired out handiwork, there will be an opportunity to buy key items of equipment should you wish to carry on the craft at home .
