The world’s favourite character turns 40 and to celebrate brave cake makers baked a huge life-size gateau in her honour.
A team of cake artists spent more than 100 hours to make the Hello Kitty creation and used more than five stone of icing, 11lb of flour, 20 vanilla pods and 60 eggs.
